Settings reference

Every setting nori keeps, with its default and the clients that list it on their settings screen (“All” is Android, the desktop, the terminal and the iPod). Sound settings are also changed on each client’s equalizer screen, which is not counted here. A client that does not offer a setting uses its default. Applies to nori 0.6.
